To initiate a return, an email should be sent to support@dotincorp.com or a request can be made via 'Dot Watch customer service' on Facebook. The return process adheres to the Dot return policy. A Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number is required for the return process. This RMA number must be securely attached to the returning courier mail, which should also display the consumer's name and address. If the RMA number is not found or if personal information is not included, delays may occur. The refund amount depends on the status of the returned product.
